With this "Chaos of the Soul" (Seelen Chaos) Staat Und Organisation presents a new chapter in its prolific activity and the concept of producing music without rules but somehow "mathematical" prevails, where madness and strangeness are logical, with tense songs, strengthened by electric discharges and noise and with always calibrated voices. A very varied album, from the collaboration with DDR (those of "Verlogener Realismus") to the Laibach cover "Cari Amici Soldati", plus references to Death In June and Coil. "They Were Very Young" starts haunting and talks about kids who drink and do drugs, the death industrial tracks follow including "The God's Problem" (with a voice from elsewhere), "Building 147" (with a sample by Death In June), "Die Versöhnung" with its circular loop, "Kapitel Neunundfünfzig" (with its obsessive emergency siren), "Des Vies Indignes" (one of the album's masterpieces, talks about euthanasia). A praise for "Kapitel Zweiundsechzig", short and intense almost ebm-industrial power electronics and for "Mind Control C" with a cavernous and rough singing and a cadenced and powerful base. Curious "LSD" (at the end) begins with the voice of Jhonn Balance of Coil and ends by distorting everything with a truly bizarre climax. A really convincing and compact album, with various references and different structures, technically impeccable as usual, never boring and full of exciting passages.
